Cliff was very helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of the details. When he realized that I could not come back to the dealership to pick up some things I forgot, he took it upon himself to drive 15 some miles to my house to drop it off. You could tell that he cared about making a long term client that just a one term deal and I think he succeeded in doing that.

Our sales person worked hard to get us a reasonable price and provided a great overall experience. We had a 3 ur old with us and he worked hard to get us out of there before his nap time. We had the whole deal done in plenty of time to get home for Logans nap.

My experience with Brecht when purchasing my BMW was excellent. I highly recommend the Brecht BMW dealership. I drove from LA to Escondido to purchase my BMW because of the effort the sales staff made in finding a vehicle that matched my wants/needs. The staff at Brecht blew the LA BMW dealerships away in terms of customer service and follow up.
