My Review of BMW of Escondido

Cliff was very helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of the details. When he realized that I could not come back to the dealership to pick up some things I forgot, he took it upon himself to drive 15 some miles to my house to drop it off. You could tell that he cared about making a long term client that just a one term deal and I think he succeeded in doing that.

My experience with Brecht BMW was excellent. The service advisor took care of me promptly and had me on my way. I commend them for their efforts put forth on behalf of the customer. They really make it a painless and pleasant visit.
